My passion for food comes from a deep respect for tradition and a desire to bring people together. Every dish is crafted with care, inspired by generations of Nepali heritage, and made to share the warmth of home.
When we opened Nanglo in Aldershot, a town with a large Nepali community serving in the UK military, it was never simply a restaurant; it was a way to bring a piece of Nepal to those far from their families. I wanted each dish to offer solace, connection, and the comforting embrace of home, whether savoured in our restaurant, at a catered event, or in someone’s own kitchen.
The growth of Nanglo has been shaped by the trust, kindness, and love of our customers. Each smile, each shared moment, reminds us that what we serve is more than food, it is belonging, memory, and heart.
